Group ARV Process

The following outlines the process for group ARV sessions.

1. If you haven't already, setup an ARV Target pool as described at Setting up an ARV Target Pool This target pool can be used for group tasking others and self tasking.
2. Select "My Groups" from the ARV dropdown in the nav bar and select the group that you want to assign a task.
3. Select the "MANAGER ACTIONS" option from the group page and follow the three step process in the "ARV Process" section.
4. The viewers will get an alert when the task is assigned .
5. The judge will get an alert when the viewer has submitted the transcript for judgement.
6. After the judges submit their judgments the manager assigning the task can make a prediction or choose to pass and then that manager can also decide to share or not share the prediction on the home page.
